Parking

Each owner is assigned one numbered spot. No parking tag is necessary when parked in that parking spot.

Each owner is given one parking permit to be used for a non-numbered parking spot. Cars that don't have that tag and are parked in an un-numbered spot between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily will be towed.

Parking passes may be picked up at Select Community Services. Please call them at 703-631-2003 to arrange pickup. Replacement tags for lost/stolen tags will be re-issued for a non-refundable fee.

Trash and Recycling

AAA Recycling and Trash picks up trash on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Therefore, all trash must be placed outside not before 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday Evenings. Recycling is picked up only on Thursdays. If you'd like to arrange for a special pickup, or you need a recycle bin, please call AAA Recycling and Trash at 703-818-8222.

Trash and recycling is never picked up on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
